For an estimate on how many I downloaded and deleted was about 8, which is a lot. Unfortunately, I found myself always having to adjust the workouts into something that I wanted to target and it just wasn’t worth paying that much when there are other apps that charge the same and give targeted workouts. I’ve got over 300 items in my list. So I decided not to use KIC as a monthly online gym thing. So I went searching and most organizer apps and to do list apps have a fee, which if your under 16 years old you can’t really do that.
