Only the 700 has a 6I don't own an ECO so can't say for sure but as I understand it the nib is going to be the same, so the feel of how the nib writes won't be any difference to what you're used to. 4 years ago. best. I already own a Pilot Metropolitan in fine and recently gave my sister my TWSBI Eco with a 1.1mm stub nib. It's one of my pet peeves, so I got a beautiful 580 in green, and honestly it's such a beautiful pen.The 580 has a larger nib than the Eco (and Diamond Mini, Classic, and Vac Mini), though apparently it's still officially a #5.
