The Mercury a very cool place. I highly recommendWe've had no expectations when we visited The Mercury, as the dinner was gifted to us by our family, and that was our first time dining out in Dallas. The waiter was attentive and the water server never let our glasses get less than 1/2 full. Every time our meals come out perfectly. And they need salt right out of the fryer. My family and I visited The Mercury on Christmas Even and had a wonderful experience, and all agreed. Good luck dining here. Ladies lunch today.
The ambiance in this restaurant is so relaxed and polished, I will definitely come back to try another dish that I hope will impress me more. The bar area was very noisy,; we requested a quiet area, so we could talj, and we're seated at a round table in the back of an adjacent room, very subdued atmosphere. We try other “new and great” restaurants recommend by D magazine but we still have not found them to be as good as The Mercury!
