When they are frozen I put them in a zip bag. They kids loved them!
My son is 16 months and the only way I can get him to eat meat is to either give him chicken nuggets or puree the meat with mashed potatoes. Then, put all the chicken pieces in the bag and shake them until they’re coated in flour. TYVM, JWMine turned out really dry — I’d love to try it in the slow cooker though! Thank You!

You can achieve the shiny surface by using the shiny side of aluminum foil. It will sweeten up the taste so I plan on using some garlic, onion and pepper in the breading to offset some of that. Thanks for the great idea!!

I am going to have to try this out really soon.I do something similar but I use half bread crumbs and half sour cream and onion veggie chips, I used parsnips and yellow squash instead of the potato it turned out great and you can use the rest of the chips as a mostly guilt free side.I did this yesterday and it was total success. once you have made the nuggets you could bake them and let them cool.
