Once in a while I will be unsatisfied with my food and I will let doordash know and they usually refund me on the app no questions asked. Went to the app and said "this is usually good, today it sucks" and got a redund for my whole order.I quickly learned that with Doordash support, you have to contact multiple people to ever get anything done. Awesome. An estimated 36% of Americans have had a package stolen from outside their home at least. DD sends me a delivery at Applebees that is 6 miles away and the pick up time is 7:10. After all, this is very different from being an employee and you will bear a lot more responsibility. Outback won't refund it because I bought it on doordash.
Edit: After my third attempt to get help, a rep actually seemed to care. Lowering credits, refuse to credit, banning accounts that ask for too many credits.The dasher was at the restaurant waiting for batch orders when my order was already supposed to be delivered and then it arrived not only late but incomplete. Just charge it back if you dont want to use it. I'm out $50 for a week because they can't refund me immediately.

The last time I ordered something doordash called me when the order was on the way saying that an item was out and they refunded me. The one who claimed that you filling in the wrong address was "just a glitch"? I'm not mad about the wait. Regardless if customer is 10 miles or 2 miles away??!!!
