The service is a combination of 1) continuity pediatric, OB, adult, and geriatric patients seen at our UCLA Family Health center that are admitted and staffed with a Family Medicine attending, 2) internal medicine patients that have a UCLA primary care doctor and staffed with an Internal Medicine hospitalist attending, and 3) OB patients who do not have a UCLA primary care doctor and staffed with on call OB laborists.
