Brenda had everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and we were never rushed.

With that in mind, we booked them for our April 30th, 2011 wedding!

Located on Union Avenue within the picturesque community of Saratoga Springs, Longfellows hotel provides brides and grooms a secluded location north of Albany to say ‘I do.’ Set in northern New York with views of the Adirondack Mountains, this venue is completely surrounded by natural landscaping to truly highlight the tranquil and romantic beauty present. They were helpful in planning the wedding and Gerri was the best to work with! Lauren Salvato was the most helpful person ever for our wedding! From the very start, they helped us every step of the way, covering all the details with us.

That was all very good. The food for the brunch was very basic, just eggs, toast, home fries...your basic breakfast food, not hard to mess up. The building itself had such a great lay out and a nice pond.

They were there every step of the way and they put in a lot of effort to make sure everything you asked for was done. She answered emails and phone calls promptly, gave tons of information and advice while still allowing us to make our own decisions, and was happy to work with us to make it fit our vision and our budget. We had a pork chop, chicken dish and salmon on the menu. They even worked with us to offer a mashed potato bar and a make-your-own-sundae bar for dessert.

We also didn't get itemized receipts of our bills.
Our 6/6/2020 wedding date was canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and we had to move our wedding several weeks sooner. Thank you so much Longfellows, you guys are the best! Resting high on a knoll overlooking the magnificent Adirondack Mountains, Longfellows Hotel is Saratoga Springs’ premier destination for romantic getaways, meaningful business retreats and everything in between. We got so many wonderful compliments from our guests on how unexpectedly beautiful the courtyard was & how great the food was.

When we tried the food at the tasting and at dinners at Longfellow's it was wonderful.

I don't think our day would have been as perfect anywhere else!ut it so they let us taste our dishes for free during a meeting for our rehearsal dinner. !y impressed. At Longfellows, the chef, servers, and bartender are all in house and Brenda managed everything so I didn't even have to talk to anyone or worry about any of that. She has a great eye, and will work with your vision. Such a beautiful experience in a beautiful place with amazing staff!!
