Parking around Lockharts is pretty difficult, but you can always get a side street or something and walk a bit, something that seems as alien to Dallas as a sauceless brisket does to me. The “Original Black’s Barbecue” opened in 1932. They sell all the meats  by the half pound. Self serve so you have to stand I. This particular location doesn't feel like a BBQ joint at all as it's in the middle of a gigantic sports bar outside of some stadiums. The food is fantastic!
