I called Harvey Windows and was shocked to learn that we would have to pay $75.00 if someone came out to look at the window and determined that the window does not have a manufacturer's defect. By visiting us, you have an opportunity to view a vast array of products Harvey manufactures and distributes. Five stars for her, though my experience with Harvey in terms of ordering replacement top sashes has been less than great. Within one week of installation the problems began. To my right is a main road often flooded with the sounds of emergency vehicles heading to MGH, to a fire, or to the idiot who is threatening to end his life for the 3rd time and thinks it is going to happen by jumping 20 feet off a bridge to the pavement below.
