My civ is set at permanent night, and all other wonders/cities have this effect in some way. The video is short and awesome, the building process is realistic and impressive. Isn't that useful for everybody?You can also build it if you have a lot of places for beach resorts, or as Australia for any victory condition because damn.I think it is fine that some wonders are situational.
