Walked through Congress Hall to get to the hostess desk area which was inside and uncomfortably...My family and I ate at this restaurant in June during the pandemic.

Restaurant...Had a delicious crab meat and scallop pasta dish in a light cream sauce, done right as I am from New York and have some of the best Italian restaurants around, I was happy with the consistency of my dish....the Calamari was crispy and tasty...The food was mediocre, the service was ok but the worst part was we sat outside in the garden because of the pandemic and were completely bit by mosquitoes. 8 ounce freshly ground chuck burger, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickles, mustard & mayonnaise on a brioche bun. We went as a group of 8 and all had a great meal.
