Our residency consists of four years of specialized orthopaedic education, preceded by a 6 month general surgery internship in the Department of Surgery at Vanderbilt. Throughout my residency, I have been interested in clinic research with a focus on preoperative risk factors and postoperative patient outcomes following arthroscopy and arthroplasty.I rotated at Northwestern as a medical student and was impressed with every aspect of the program.
