This veggie burger made in house can alsoo be replaced with an impossible burger but why would you? Took my wife for the first time, they haven't missed a beat. They have a good selection of beers. They were very attentive when I first sat down, but then got caught up in conversations with friends/off the clock coworkers seated at the bar and my drink sat empty and it took longer than it should have to receive my bill. There is parking in the garage across the street.One of our first stops since restaurants allow dine in again.

He said he wIshed we ate there instead of Innovo Kitchen for our anniversary dinner earlier in the week.Druthers is one of my favorite local restaurants, a solid go-to. My calamari had so many toppings to it that they all just fought each other and none were really poppin. Make sure you click Tonight, however, I was told one thing on the phone and another 10 minutes later when my extended family and I arrived for the "possible 5-10 minute" wait for an outside table. I had the calamari and chicken wing Mac n cheese. He got the turkey sandwich which he liked and I got the loaded mac and cheese. It is also a regular spot for us to visit for Friday lunches with office mates. Bartending service was so/so.

But we waited and sat down, ordered beer and leveled the table so as not to spill our beer, and ordered. The food was delicious and very down home comforting...

Druthers opened its first location, on Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs, in 2012, followed three years later by one in Albany’s warehouse district. Customers should never hear you complain or feel like a burden. The food has been phenomenal, to the point that this is my Sunday lunch for 6 of the 8 weeks I have been in New York. My boyfriend got a pulled pork sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. Would have even hit up the casino after if it wasn't for yakno...covid. I like the menu options and everything we ordered was great.
However, this location is not quite as good as the Albany version (I don't go to the Saratoga spot for a couple of reasons).
That's not great and would lead one to believe that Druther's is mediocre at best. We had the gyro and a burger. My boyfriend and I are both servers so we get it but come on. At 7pm!!! Druthers Brewing Company serves up much more than just beer, although that is a pretty good reason on its own to go there. All in all 3.5/4 but rounded up bc of overall experience.This place was located in the new River Place district about a two block walk from our hotel, which was good because after a day of travel is was nice to have someplace close. It was okay. Everything was cooked very well and tasted delicious. Jen is amazing, timely, friendly and concerned about your Druthers experience.At first, I was not sold on Druther's because it's such a heavy menu, but I have changed my mind.
They use real mushrooms! In addition to the wide range of beers of tap, Druthers Brewing Company has an abundance of food menu items that you will be happy with. Ordered online which indicated ready in 15 minutes.
I know things can change, but seriously, please train your hostess staff to be truthful (or, as I asked, take my name or a reservation since we were a party of 8 and it was later in the evening) Disappointing and quite a waste of our time!As of this writing, Druthers Schenectady has a 3.5-star average. He got the turkey sandwich which he liked and I got the Still a five star place. We'll be updating the hours for this restaurant soon.The slices they have are the best. When you take into account the food, Druthers is at least four stars, and when compared to others of its ilk in Schenectady like 151, City Squire, Nico's Rooftop, Centre Street Pub, to name a few, whose food *is* mediocre , … food for any occasion at Druthers Brewing Co. located in the Schenectady area. I really love the space, I love that it is in Schenectady, and all that. This is the first restaurant I have been to since Covid and I felt very safe. The chicken wings and a veggie burger. Here's the only reason to make that decision: my veggie burger was cold and the cheese wasnt melted. It is very easy to miss this new spot.
